Some suggestions for posting: if you can, please, please:
1.
say, you want to forward a particularly good piece e-mailed to
you -- please
delete all the email addresses preceding the actual message. i've
actually been lost scrolling down 8 screen rolls before i found the
two-liner text the sender wanted me to read in the first place.

please avoid attachments -- these are virus and worm carriers and many
people merely delete messages with attachments however important
they are, just to avoid the viruses. as much as possible, cut the text
and paste it as the actual message.

am Noli Mirafuente, a friend of Sammie del Rosario.
I work with Cong. Del
de Guzman and one time we saw each other at Miriam College I
was with my
boss during a forum on GMOs. I hope you still remember.
I am also a member of
GAIA Study and Meditation group meeting every Saturday
at Earthlite. This is what
you refer to as Sammie's work of
picking up where (Sanib-Sinag)
left off.

am glad to be included in your e-group and hope to receive and share
inspirational

Thank
you for clarifying matters with respect to Sanibkulay, Sanibsinag and
Saniblakas and how our group, the GAIA study and meditation group comes
ito the picture. Thank you also for your kind words concerning how we
are somehow doing some good at COD when you left off.
Sammie and me will extend the invitation to those frequenting our
meeting and who have email addresses to join LightShare so our email
group could expand further.
I have compiled/saved inspirational messages I received thru email but I
am afraid they may not qualify for sending to the group. I just want to
be cleared of the criteria on the matter.
